Contact a company representative for a wardrobe consultation.  Your representative will secure key measurements and create a muslin.  In the second meeting, the client will be fitted in the muslin for comfort and fit.  Once the aforementioned are confirmed, your selections will be prepared.

* New clients: 4-6 weeks
* Existing clients: 3-5 weeks
* Wovens: 10-18 days
Note: The above listed dates for existing clients may vary depending on the production slate when the order is placed. Upon placing your order a completion date will be provided. Standard turnaround time is a full 4-6 weeks for new clients. For existing clients, the timeline is 3-5 weeks. Please take this into account as you plan and construct your seasonal wardrobe. It is best to pre-plan wardrobes according to the forthcoming season. It is our request that clients plan summer wardrobes in late winter and winter wardrobes in mid to late summer. Due to our production slate last minute orders call for additional time, this results in a higher per garment cost. Rush orders are considered those that require a definite delivery within 2 1/2-3 weeks. Our staff will try to accommodate and do our best to fulfill rush orders that meet WARAIRE BOSWELL standards. However, we recommend clients have a “Plan B” in case the deadline is unattainable and/or minor tailoring, alterations and potential transit issues occur.

Mills make hundreds of fabrics. A reminder to clients, mills do not make 3 or 4 yards of a specific fabric and discontinue that pattern or print once you make your purchase. Client selection overlap happens from time to time. It is not a plot to undermine clients. Overlap happens when a purveyor of fine goods has clientele with parallel taste. Please understand clients may choose similar or identical fabrics from time to time.
